AREA UPDATE: We’re pleased to share that restoration efforts following the recent storms are progressing well. The majority of shops, restaurants, and bars of John's Pass Village have completed renovations, are open, and offering significant discounts and specials as the area recovers. If you have any questions or need additional details about your stay, please feel free to reach out to us.
Relax and unwind in the peaceful and meticulously maintained grounds of the Lands End Resort in Treasure Island. With a direct open beach and Gulf view from the private balcony, you can't help but find serenity with your morning coffee or your sunset glass of wine. The beach and pool are just steps from the condo, and you're away from all the crowds so you can always find plenty of space to spread out.

The condo has been completely updated and refurnished with new wood flooring and ceramic tile, window coverings, trim and paint, new furniture, and upgraded electronics. The beach-facing master bedroom, with private bath, is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, and leads out to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and is located towards the front of the condo giving space for privacy for kids or other guests.

The complete kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to make coffee to a full five-course meal. All beach and bath towels are provided, as well as complete sets of linens and even a couple of beach chairs.

The condo is setup with washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi Internet service, free long distance telephone service to the U.S. and Canada, and is located close to restaurants, shopping, and activities of all kinds.

I had a nice stay. When I got there, I checked everything out. I had a problem with the cleanliness of the condo. I checked the coffee maker to find it still had coffee grounds in it. It would have been nice to have a single coffee maker or Keurig, since I was a single woman staying there. So I didn’t drink coffee. Found some eating utilities not cleaned in the drawer. The showers had calcium built up pretty bad on the shower head & hose. The master shower had a draining issue. Two days before leaving, the living room curtain would not open all the way. Guessing it somehow it got off track. I reported the curtain & drain issues. The counters seemed only partially cleaned. I seen a wide area of dust on the counter towards the back, close to the wall. If you walked bare footed your feet would be dirty black. My 1yr old niece was crawling around and I picked her up to see she had black dirt on her knees. So it was not moped or not good enough. I had issues with the bedroom tv satellite not working but was able to watch Netflix and Disney. I had to move my car to the open parking lot for a day for them to do roofing repair, along with everyone else in the condo. I could not find any beach towels, so I had to buy one. Besides the cleanliness and those few issues, it was a nicely decor condo.

Another great stay!
We loved our stay again this year. This is our second time staying at Treasure Island in this unit and it didn’t disappoint. The unit is very clean and beautifully updated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching sunsets in the evenings. We eat in on vacation due to food allergies and the unit is well equipped to do this. Guest services was super easy to contact and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us and still making it affordable for families to take a vacation! We will be back :-)

The best!!
We will definitely be returning. This place is amazing. The location and facility itself is everything. The condo was beautiful and clean. We will be booking here every year! We were so impressed. We have been coming to the are for years and could never find a place we wanted to come back to and we found it. This is definitely our go to place now. If I had to make some suggestions it would be better pillows because they were very flat and cheap and maybe some rugs by the balcony doors to catch sand. But we had zero issues. The staff was nice and area so calm. Best vacation ever!

Condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. It is located at the end of the peninsula, being quieter than closer-in town. Beaches are awesome, lots of shells & not many people there. Maybe it was due to weather in 60’s? Still a nice walk every day.

Perfect condo at Lands End!
My husband and I have stayed at Lands End several times. We love the privacy and the layout of the property. This was our first stay in condo 805. It was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. We plan to try to reserve this condo again on our next visit. We had no issues during the week and everything went perfectly with our stay. The only negative was that we had to come home! Looking forward to our next visit.

Our family had a great stay at this condo. Everything was as described. The beach chairs and beach toys for the kids saved lots of room in car. Beach was a 2 minute walk to get too! The apartment is situated in a very quiet part of Treasure Island in gated community with a clubhouse and a pool. There is a covered assigned parking spot and an elevator. The apartment is very spacious and very sunny with a big balcony and an amazing ocean view. The beach wasn’t crowded and just steps away. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals. The new washer and drier worked perfectly. We will be back!

We had a fantastic week. The condo was very clean and far better than the ad. The view alone and proximity to a VERY private beach was spectacular! The local area has plenty to do. We went to John’s Pass, Fort DeSoto and had a wild dolphin experience with the Dolphin Racer boat! Our favorite places to eat were Crabby’s on the Pass, Fo Cheezy, Tuttorosso Pizzeria and the Toasted Monkey. We would highly recommend and we will be back:)

Fantastic Week
My husband and I along with my sister-in-law and her boyfriend had such a nice and relaxing stay at Lands End. What a beautiful place to stay with stunning sunsets. We enjoyed a lot of the local restaurants and most of all the beach. The access to the beach and use of the Land's End pool was wonderful. This was our second year in a row renting this condo- it won’t be our last! The grounds are well maintained, pool is nice and close proximity to the boardwalk/ beach entrance. Condo is updated, comfortable and well stocked! Having beach chairs there is a big plus! Only small suggestion is attaching the key cards to the pool/ entrance to something. Friends and family in other condos had lanyards or retractable keychains with clips. I kept feeling like I’d lose one with our teen kids.

Beautiful condo & location
This condo is beautiful! The view is beautiful! It is well stocked! The beach it is located on is beautiful! I wanted to give this condo 5 stars but couldn't because of our ordeal when we arrived. After an 18 hour road trip and groceries in tow, we arrived at 3:50pm (10 prior to our check in time) to find the condo had not been cleaned after the previous renters left. I immediately contacted the property managers iTrip. They told me housekeeping was running behind and I explained that we had perishable items. When they finally arrived they did clean the refrigerator first so we could get our groceries put away. We were finally able to enter the condo at 5:30pm after sitting outside the condo for 1-1/2 hours waiting. Upon entering, the job "Maid2Clean LLC" did was mediocre at best. They left a bucket of dirty water and sponges in the bathroom, coffee grounds and a dirty coffee pot in the coffee maker, dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the previous renter and dirty bathroom rugs. I'm no sure if the floors were mopped because we had to wear shoes otherwise our bare feet and socks turned black. I hope the management company seeks out a new cleaning service.
