The location was ideal for our venue in S. Norwalk. The rooms were small and dated, although the bathroom was slightly renovated. What concerned me the most was the AC in the room had a mini split but the room never got below 73 degrees although I set the temp to 67. The main lobby was alarmingly warm throughout our stay. The place is very nice and impressive but the comforts need to be improved. The room was clean and had laminate flooring which I prefer over carpet to eliminate all doubt of what lies beneath. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and outdated. Not spending much time in the room, this was ideal for our stay for one night as it is close to I-95 and in a very nice area.

Good solution for a quick stay
We only stayed here one night. We arrived late and left kind of early so didn't get to experience much the amenities.The room was Ok for a night stay. Overall is clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downsidenis that it was dated and had a musky smell. The shower curtain was stained.

Clean hotel. Quiet and comfortable. Needs a little refresh. Our room had some places in the floor and bath door that were pulled up. The air is a little odd, wall unit. The beds roll around, which was odd. Otherwise room service was fine and a comfortable room.

The gentleman at the front desk was snooty and rude more than once which I find to be unacceptable behavior. The hotel is dated but clean. It is easy to access the rest of the Norwalk area. The rooms are small and dated.
