The place was amazing as soon as you walked in and the staff was so nice and friendly. The rooms were amazing and the beds were super comfortable. I look forward to staying here again when I come down to visit my son at Penn State. Keep up the amazing work your team is doing

The only bad thing about the stay the toilets did not have lids on the toilet so had to keep our one year olds out of the bathroom so they quit throwing thing in the toilet.

Stayed in a room on the 4th floor with my husband and daughter during a PennState visit. There were several black flies in the room, and during the night, a large insect crawled on us when we were sleeping. I have never experienced this in all my years of travel and hotel stays, would not recommend staying here, hotel staff said they found no evidence of insects when we checked out - way too much hassle and drama for a $600/night stay.
