First time in a Motel 6. Although the price was good, it is only a super basic place to crash for the night. Got a room on the second floor, so had to walk up the stairs with luggage. Fllor of the room was tiles so cold to the feet. Beds and pillows were on the hard side. Room could be cleaner. Found someone's dirty underwater on the bathroom floor. No shampoo or conditioners were given. There were towels and 2 pieces of the same soap. Sink and tub, both were not draining, so decided to not take a shower. No coffee or tea maker in the room. We were only there to spend the night but next time I would probably spend another $40-$50 and stay somewhere else.

Not great
Room was not very clean. Smudges and water ring on the bedside tables. Stained sheets. Lots of dirt and dust in the corners of the room and sink area. Hair in the bathroom. Floors hadn't been properly cleaned in a while and were sticky. Bed was uncomfortably hard and despite being a king only had three flabby pillows. Cherry on top was that water started dripping from the ceiling onto the vinyl bench seat after we got into bed and turned off the lights. We heard a strange noise like the vinyl was "popping". When we turned the lights on and investigated we found water dripping from the ceiling. We alerted the front desk but after about 10 minutes the dripping stopped and since us and our dogs were settled, we decided just to try and sleep and get out as quickly as possible the next morning. Wouldn't choose this property in the future.

The room was clean and it offered exactly what was advertised. The bed could have been softer. The rooms are large enough to accommodate them but they do not have a dresser with drawers. We stayed nearly a week and had to live out of our suitcase. I like to unpack and use drawers to sort. The staff was wonderful. Would stay here again and would recommend to others!!!

After utilizing Hotels.com, driving to hotel, grabbing some food, and rest. Family drama came up forcing a return same evening. 9 pm, five hours back, same day. I requested refund for the second and last night. I know business is business but for value of a one night lost my business for Motel 6's everywhere. Reply from hotel. dom Hello Marvin, We wanted to follow up after our last conversation, where you asked us to cancel your booking and reach out to your property to see if refunding your cancel fee was possible. Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the change fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. We're really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there's nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we're sorry that a refund wasn't possible. We only needed it for 11 hours to sleep in the shower. It meant our needs and I absolutely love that there’s no carpet in the room all ceramic tile.

The only complaint was that I requested a wake up call and did NOT receive one. fortunately I woke up on my own, but if I had not, I might have missed my appointment. apparently you have no working system to handle such a service as when I checked out the person at the counter had No Record of my request.

Worn But Clean
This Motel 6 was old and a little worn around the edges. The tiles around the tub were new but the old tub had chips in the porcelain. The paint on the ceiling in the shower was peeling. The bathroom door looked as if an animal had been chewing on it. The door to the room did not fit tightly, allowing the cold air to blow in. But the room was clean. There was plenty of hot water, a refrigerator , and a microwave.The floor was tiled, which is always preferable to a rug. And it was inexpensive which was nice since I was only in the room for ten hours.

The staff were very nice and willing to help with anything. The facility was clean. The walls are thin so that you can hear the neighbors and traffic, but the traffic was far enough away that it becomes background noise.

The girls at the desk both when we arrived and left were vwery nice, the hotel however needs some major renovations. The bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The persin who cleaned the room did not do a good job. There was hair from the previous guests on the floor. There was a used facecloth hanging on the shower bar and there was food crumbs in the fridge. On the way into the hotel there was a homeless person tented on the side of the road. I had advised the hotel of the roo conditions when i checked out she had attempted she stated to give me a partial refund but i had prepaid through an online booking site so she said she couldn't.
