Take advantage of all Steamboat has to offer in both winter and summer by staying in one of the most superb locations in Steamboat. Conveniently situated between town and the mountain, The Pines at Ore House is directly on the bus route and walking distance to City Market, Ski Haus, The Ore House and the Central Park shopping center. It's also just two blocks from the Core Trail bike path and a short, ten minute walk to Fetcher Pond and the Yampa River.

You'll relax the moment you walk in the door of this condo. The open living space with two leather sofas (one of which is a sleeper), flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan combined with the soft natural light flowing in from the large picture windows creates a warm, welcoming ambience. The newly remodeled kitchen has new quartz countertops, sink and faucet, a slate backsplash, and a new cooktop on a gas range. It has and all the amenities you need to to whip up a quick snack or cook a big family meal. A beautiful bar height dining table seats six, and there is seating for 3 more at the kitchen bar. Step through the sliding glass door from the dining area onto a private patio with a gas BBQ grill and seating for two. It's the perfect place to kick back in summer with a warm cup of coffee or afternoon beverage.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with tub/shower, walk in closet and ceiling fan. This room also has a large sliding glass door and a second private patio with garden view. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and oversized walk in closet. The large bathroom with walk in shower is just outside in the hall, complete with heat lamp for those chilly winter days. There is also a full sized washer and dryer tucked into one of the hall closets.

This unit comes with exterior parking spots right next to the unit, as well as a dedicated, private one-car garage that is located directly across the lot from the entrance, making it easy to carry your gear and groceries from car to condo. The unit also has access to Community Hot Tub.

Amazing

One of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed at. It was an absolutely beautiful condo with everything we needed. The rental company was super responsive and very helpful. It is a great location 5 minutes from the downtown and 5 minutes from the mountain. We will definitely be back!

Great ski vacation rental!

We used to live in Steamboat, so we're very familiar with the area, and we make annual ski trips back to visit every year. This was our favorite rental so far! The condo was very clean, cozy, and in great condition with nice finishes. Beds were really comfy and showers were great. Big closets and a spacious layout made us feel at home and not crowded, even with all the ski gear.The Pines are in an ideal central location. It's a super quick drive to drop off skiers, or you can use the bus stop at the edge of the complex. Grocery store and some shops are walking distance. Downtown is a quick drive. We used the property management shuttle service one night for dinner, and the driver was so friendly and helpful.Parking at the condo was easy. We didn't end up using the garage but it was nice to know it was available. Unit is on the first floor which we found really convenient. The hot tub is just around the corner and was great - we went every night! Remote check-in was easy and hassle-free.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice Family Stay in Steamboat

Everything about the condo was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean and had all the amenities that you would need. Where the management company fell short: No humidifier in the condo. It is way to dry in Colorado to stay without one. We had to get our own. Shuttle service was basically non existence. The drivers would complain about how they were overworked. The drivers would decide if they wanted to pick you up or not. We were stranded 3 times and had to take the city bus to get home in the freezing cold. The location is a little inconvenient for skiing if you have to rely on the shuttle or bus routes. There are better locations on the mountain if you plan ahead. This location is in an older area next to walmart. It is a well kept and clean community. The hot tub was locked and the management company did not know how to get us in. We came down with covid during our stay and had to stay a few extra days. We had to beg the management company to have a 11:50am checkout and was charged extra because of this. NOT HAPPY after the amount of money we already spent for 7 nights. We were accused two times for having a dog in our condo eventhough we did not have on. This was annoying.
