This condo is located in the Kitzbuhel Building on the top floor. Great views of the ski slopes from the balcony. Spacious layout. Very well equipped kitchen. There is an oversized one car garage. The master bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet, lots of storage, TV, ceiling fan and a gorgeous, spacious bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, jetted Jacuzzi tub & toilet. The 2nd suite has a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet & a big bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower & toilet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 XL twin beds that can also be made into a king bed. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The 4th bedroom is located upstairs with 2 sets of bunk beds. One set is twins. The 2nd set has an XL twin on top & a queen on the bottom. The rec room/den area/TV room is outside the 4th bedroom which has two sofas. One of them has a comfortable queen pull out sofa sleeper. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The is also free Wi-Fi, 55" Samsung TV in the living room, gas log fireplace, washer & dryer, desk, Weber BBQ gas grill and so much more.

You will have the full use of the Spa Facility at Storm Meadows featuring an outdoor heated pool, common area hot tub, tennis court and full exercise room with cardio equipment and weights.

STOCKED UNIT: All our units are stocked with all supplies that you will need for your stay: toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, small soaps, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen sink soap, Cascade for the dishwasher, Lysol/Clorox wipes, hand soap pumps at all sinks, hand sanitizer, 409/spic n span or similar counter spray, two sets of sheets for each bed, minimum of 6 sets of towels per bathroom, pool/hot tub towels, etc.


NOTE: there is no A/C in the condo. A/C in Steamboat is rare. The nights are very cool and the humidity is low. There are lots of windows to open and fans.
