This lovely mountain getaway is located on the top floor in the beautiful vacation destination of Steamboat Springs. Inside, the open floor plan features a communal space made up of both the living room and dining area. As with many condos in the complex, this vacation rental also has a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights. When the weather is more cooperative, the covered and furnished balcony offers guests fresh mountain air, views, and a gas grill for family cookouts. The well-equipped, full kitchen has all modern appliances plus a breakfast bar, while the dining table has space for up to six guests. Additional amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, pool spa, and fitness room.
The Canyon Creek complex is conveniently close to Steamboat Springs and Gondola Square for quick access up the mountain for the best skiing and snowboarding around. And summertime visitors will be just as active, with plenty of biking, hiking, and water recreation options. And any time of year is a good time to visit Old Town Hot Springs where you can soak away your cares, take a fitness class, or get a massage.

The pool and hot tub are open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The gym is open 24 hours a day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
