We love staying at this hotel when we come into town, rooms are always clean, service is always friendly and breakfast is always good. However, the lobby and hallways have a very strong deodorant odors little over powering and definitely doesn’t have much insulation for sound proofing. But over all our go to hotel cause of cleanliness and service and location!

There is an ice skating rink right next to the property and was being used frequently. Also, many places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

The walk in shower only had glass on one side which caused water to splash on the floor. The bed was very firm and not pleasant to sleep on. Breakfast was great and had a nice variety of items.

The website for The Inn at Franciscan Square in Steubenville, OH, states that it provides an EV charger. In reliance upon having such service, I booked a stay and relied upon such service being available. Upon checking in, I was informed that the EV charger had not been operational for 4 years.
