Staff was very nice. Had a couple of issues with checking in. Performed an online early checkin, complete with upload of photo of ID and credit card information, but when arrived at hotel they said they did not have access to the information. So had to check in again. However the charge was for a little more than expected, and when I walked in the room it was a two bed instead of A king bed. Later they realized their mistake and had me switch rooms ( I think because they had a family that needed the two beds. No big deal to me, but my credit card was charged again for the new room, and had to spend a lot of time while checking out making sure that the first charge was being refunded. It was still a good stay, just had some hiccups. Also had requested a late checkout when performing the online checkin, but was denied. When I arrived, They had a sign on the counter that said they were not providing early check ins or late check outs due to the number of requests.

We loved this hotel! It was beautiful, clean, and safe. The amenities are great - awesome pool, great fitness room. The breakfast was awesome too - eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, waffles, pastries - it was pretty massive for a hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Their were stains on the bedding and pillow cases. Unsure what It was on there. BUT I did let the front know. The people at the desk I wanna strongly say THEY WERE GREAT & VERY KIND to me. It wasn’t then at all. I did show them the pictures I took which I won’t show. But they were concerned and guaranteed me something would be done. But I would stay again I’ll just check room soon as we get to it.

Good. But could be better.

Our room was clean and bedding was nice and comfortable. The inside was clean and smelled nice, however, It definitely needs a bit of upkeep. Painting, repairs etc. the outside isn’t inviting at all. Flower beds had weeds and no shrubbery or flowers. I was worried when we pulled up. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Love the waffles! However, the attendant had a large woolly beard and my husband found a very obvious beard hair in his eggs. It turned our stomachs and we weren’t able to finish eating. Over all could use some refreshing. Especially outside.
