We picked up a puppy for my grand daughter for Christmas. We had we had her at our room for one hour. My daughter and son showed up to visit and pick up the puppy. They wasn’t there literally 1 minute and the office call and said we can’t have visitors. My wife asked when did this start since we have stayed there a few times and had my same kids visit. They said because of Covid. This was 2 days before Christmas. We packed our stuff and left. We slept in the car that night. The staff are inconsiderate and have an attitude. Thanks for the Merry Christmas. We will never stay there again. Cost me 70 bucks to sleep in my car because we got visitors. I probably won’t hear back and definitely won’t get my money back. Just a complete joke 2 day before Christmas.

Very old, very outdated, very dirty, smelly, feels to be in unsafe area. Front staff was very nice but that’s the only good thing about this place. Doors do not seal shut so you hear everything from the hallways. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else please!!!!!

Pittsburg Trip
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was taken care of, and we felt safe. Hotel was in good condition and cared for. Our room was clean and in very good condition. Bed was comfortable and we had no issues sleeping. Bathroom was clean and we had no issues.

Stayed here for the Luke Bryan concert. We called to see if we could check in early and we were pleasantly told to come on in! I grew up working in the hotel industry, so I am a bit of a "hotel snob", but figured we were only staying for one night, so I could handle staying here. I was SUPER SHOCKED at how clean this property was. Yes, you could tell that it was a bit run down and could use some renovations, but trust me, I look in every corner of the room and check the bed for bedbugs and there was NOTHING to complain about. The from desk staff was super friendly. They asked how our stay was, how the concert was, thanked us for choosing to stay there. I am now a Travel Agent and would absolutely recommend this property to my clients! Keep up the great work!
