Very modern, clean, nice motel. Great location in Stowe. Easy access. Loved the clean decor and comfortable beds. Bathroom was small, but clean and easily accessible. Would stay here again.

I stayed here with my husband and young daughter and it was perfect! The room was cozy and updated. There were free smores by the fire every night which my daughter loved. The property itself is close to downtown Stowe and only took us a 10-15 minutes walk to reach. Our only complaint was the heat in our room was pretty spotty and it got chilly at night. Other than that we would definitely stay here again!

Really cool place, except: our “queen,cozy” room had about 50 square feet of room excluding the space the bed took up, was SO tiny! Also , would be nice if walkway to the room was paved vs cinder/fine gravel, could not roll luggage to the room and traced in mud and gravel on a rainy check in day.

We enjoyed the vibe of Outbound Stowe. Our room was so clean and the use of space was well done. Greeted at the front desk by very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the merch you offered and bought several gifts with your very cool logo.

Overall really great
Our stay at Outbound Stowe was really enjoyable. I booked my reservation 4 months in advance which I found out later was before this place had even opened after remodel. I think that added to some of the listing being inaccurate. I booked the least expensive room with a full bed over a queen bed bunk. We got to the room and it was just a twin bunk bed. I didn’t think to check my reservation but wished I had to ask for some compensation. Then my husband went to shower and it didn’t work, likely the previous guest accidentally breaking it. After a staff member tried twice to fix it they did send an emergency plumber over and thankfully it was fixed with enough time before bed to shower after our travels. They did remodel this old motel very thoughtfully. With ample hooks on the walls and a sound machine in each room to be used for the night. The pool and hot tub are some of the largest I’ve ever seen for a hotel (non resort) stay. The fire pits and restaurant are open till 10pm so a nighttime cocktail in the hot tub was a perfect ending to the weekend. The ambiance was fun too with DJ providing music for the 15ish people who were around the fires on that cold night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The cabin was so cute. Everything was clean and brand new. The only negatives were that the room had a strong smell of paint and gave me a headache. And because some of the windows are not covered, your neighbor’s porch lights shine right into the kitchen window and your room isn’t dark enough for sleep.

Went up for work and absolutely loved staying there. The staff was so nice and cheerful. The room was perfect, it wasn’t over the top and had everything I needed. I loved the modern touches on an old motel. So quaint. Hands down would absolutely stay here again and tell others about it.

Mountain hideaway
High up in the mountains, ideal for watching the leaves change colour. Good sized and clean rooms with fire pits for the cooler evenings. The onsite bar and grill was friendly and the food great. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
