Great stay!

We all enjoyed our stay. The location is great, lots to do! Loved the easy access to the mall and movies without even having to go out into the cold. The only complaints i would have is that there was no towels at the pool as we forgot to pack some, and when we asked at the desk they were completely out! It was not nice running up to the 4th floor freezing with no towels. Also when entering our room it smelt like sweat or something; just an awful smell and whem we left we all had the smell on us. That wasnt pleasent but other then that it was a great stay and i will be booking again in the near future. Ill make sure to pack towels this time!

The door to our room was very difficult to close and lock. I did report this and they said they would have maintenance look at it. The free breakfast is very nice. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs were cold and I’m sure had been sitting there since early morning and the same with home fries. Coffee was luke warm. We did enter the restaurant later in the morning, but the food should still be hot and edible.

Do not stay here terrible service, front desk has no idea what they are doing and very rude, rooms were not clean, was woken up at 3 in the morning to police around the hotel. Definitely do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very quiet on a Friday night. The ladies at the desk were great. Nice, clean room. It was stated that there was a hot tub. No usable hot tub. It was drained and covered with fake palm trees. The breakfast was very nice. Something for everyone. Both my daughter and myself had a well rested sleep.for a change. The beds were also comfortable. A good breakaway from the everyday!

Nothing to do with the hotel but more on the other guests, then again it’s New Year’s Eve. The staff are great though… I will be booking this hotel again!

overall staying is good—larger room with microwave, coffee maker, and hygiene products. the hotel is pet-friendly, with a pool. If i had to name anything needs improvement which would be breakfast. We were told that kitchen was closed due to holiday staffing issue. breakfast was milk, coffee, bread, bagel and cereal, no hot food.
