Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room my Mom and I shared was very clean and comfortable. I received my receipt this afternoon, after being checked out most of the day, and I realized I was charged about $25 more than my receipt stated. Hmmm? Other than that, everything was lovely!

The only thing things I didn't like is that I expected a more comfortable mattress like most Marriot properties have, also the free breakfasts weren't even as good as a lower priced property in the area.

Nice physical property. That said, there was no housekeeping of our room for 3 days — which we were not told to expect, nor was it ever corrected even after complaint, so linen was not set aside for reuse. To make matters worse there are no towel racks in the bathroom to even hang up used towels for reuse.

The wonderful young lady at the front desk on 9-12-23 (late afternoon - evening) was so nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was courteous, helpful, friendly and everything a company would want in an employee and representative. My wife and I were in town for business. We were so impressed with her.
