This newly renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in Elkhorn offers approx. 1000 square feet of living space and sleeps 6. The open kitchen features quartz countertops and all stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the countertop and a dining table that seats 6. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. Off the living area is a deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating to enjoy the mountain views in the summer and fall.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower only and a single sink vanity. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a twin bunk bed, and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower and single sink vanity. There is a washer/dryer in the hallway closet near the kitchen. Please note: There is parking for two vehicles only. 10:00 PM Quiet Hour Strictly Enforced. There is a $100 fine for each noise violation. The condo does allow one dog with a 35.00 per day pet fee.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest (even babies) using the pool, golf, or tennis. Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting).
Complex Features: The Ranch at Elkhorn amenities include an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness machines, a summer pool, and a year-round hot tub. This unit is located just a short walk from Elkhorn Village's Harker Center, where guests can enjoy larger tennis and swimming facilities. Additional Elkhorn amenities include access to golfing, hiking, bike trails, and community parks. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the condo, where Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs.
Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
