Located in NW Ketchum this upscale 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom is all on one level and this corner condo offers approx.1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. As you enter the condo there is a hallway that leads to the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, 18-inch flat-screen TV, and mountain Views. The master bath is spacious with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. Located in the hallway is a stack washer/dryer.

Down a hallway from the front entry is the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen has granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 36-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, and views of the mountains. This area also has a dining table that seats 4 and access to the large deck with Mt views, gas grill, table, and chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

You will find the second bedroom off the living area with a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath with a single vanity and sunken bathtub with shower. This condo gets great light with large windows in the living area and bedrooms. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located near the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and overflow parking outside the complex.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Great location in Ketchum
We had a great time at this condo in Ketchum. Kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook lol. Comfortable beds great that it had 2 separate areas which was perfect for 2 couples. Easy access to River run lodge for skiing! We would love to come back this summer as it has perfect access to town and wood river bike path, with garage area for storing bikes and also ski locker for storing skis! We had a great time and plan to return!

Great proximity and amenities, a few issues however…
Overall the condo is stocked and was incredibly clean. The view was amazing of the mountains and we appreciate the proximity to downtown. Issues: (1) AC didn’t work during our stay. The house was 80+ mostly and when we communicated this to the property manager they acknowledged and knew it wasn’t working and didn’t tell us. The repair man came on the last day and spent 5 hours in our space to fix it and still couldn’t… (2) 2nd Ave is the new Main Street during downtown construction. Every 2 minutes a new semi truck or bus stopped in front and used air breaks which was the loudest annoyance. Every. Single. Day. All. Day. Do not consider this place until construction is finished in downtown Ketchum.

Excellent Condo
Condo was perfect for our ski trip to Sun Valley. Very short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Ketchum and a quick drive to Bald Mountain. Aside from the heated floor not working in the master bath, we had no issues and the unit was in excellent condition. The private underground parking was a nice plus.

This Condo was located in a great area. Close to everything! The onlytrouble we had was a check-in. They called to ask about our arrival time two weeks before. We showed up at 2 pm, as we mentioned. The place wasn't ready—no big deal. The front desk wasn't friendly from the start. Then we came back at 4 pm, and that was the guaranteed check-in time. The condo still wasn't ready. The front desk lady says we don't guarantee a check-in until 6 pm! I've never heard that one!! After a 5 hour drive, I expect to get into a condo at least by a 4 pm check in time and get settled. It was not a great start to a getaway.
