Peace, tranquillity and history.
We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet her during our one night stay, she was easy to deal with over the phone and was attentive to our needs. Feel better, maybe next time.

Great Farm Vacation
We staid in a perfectly renovated 1795 Cabin. The breakfasts were fantastic. The owners were wonderful and easy to talk with. They took a morning to show us their property. They do their own jarring of jellies and pickles that we were able to taste and purchase!
It is a great place to get away from the bustle of daily life and just relax on the farm!
We will be going back. This is a wonderful experience and we recommend it highly to everyone.
