Affordable, but you do compromise with everything else. Grab and go breakfast was a waste of time and energy. Just keep it and knock $5-$10 off the price of the room. Room was outdated and in need of serious updates. Okay for one night stay if you can’t afford anything else or can’t find an available room elsewhere.

From the very beginning of my stay, 10 minutes in, I requested to be moved to another room because of the unacceptable conditions.( see pictures below) The air conditioning and door were not working properly, the room had mold, roches, stains, dirt, and the overall condition was extremely poor to say they least. I immediately asked for a manager and a room change, and I was told no manager was on duty over the weekend and they could not offer me another room. No money back/ no cancellation possible. That was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. Fighting it now looking for a layer. Hotel.com didn’t help either. My request was made reasonably and nothing was done. The level of cleanliness, safety, and responsiveness I experienced fell far below what I expected from this establishment. Don’t stay here! It’s terrible. And don’t use Hotel.cok or any other third party. They will give you the runaround and no one will take responsibility for this or help you!

Room 521 carpet was filthy price was gouging $600 a night bathroom you could not open the door if the bathroom seat was down. Hair dryer did not work. Never cleaned the room or changed and cleaned the sheets to make the bed for overnight stay was paid for and suppose to be done. Not enough towels, tissues toilet paper. parents weekend at FSU gouging at its best.oh the employees do not have name tags and cannot give out managers name to call because they don’t work weekends and come in whenever they want on Monday-Friday per employee. Over all totally take advantage.

The front desk lady did us an awesome favorite today! My daughter who attends FAMU left her wallet and keys attach at the hotel. We called her and she was able to get someone to get them and we pick them up! No problems at all, just quick actions! Great customer service!

A/C wasn't on when we entered the room so it was at least 90 degrees inside. It took the room about an hour to cool off. Tub was rusty. Beautiful hotel on the outside but the rooms are very outdated.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was very sweaty and dirty. The bed was damp. Very old toilet. And besides all this, it was impossible to sleep there because of the noisy air conditioner. Also, because of the mistake of the reception manager, I was charged three times more than necessary. The reception manager apologized and said that it was a mistake, but the money was never returned to my account. I am very upset that I chose this hotel.
