Dissatisfied.
Being a 4 star hotel I expected a more modern hotel interior. The hallways are dark with very low ceilings and the rooms are dark with icky popcorn ceilings. The bathroom also has very low ceilings and I felt closed in and not enough ventilation in the bathroom. Day 2 I saw a huge roach in my room and asked to be changed to another room. After being switched to another room I could not rest feeling like this hotel was roach infested. The towels were all stained and did not feel clean enough for me to use. The soap had hair in it. I was throughly dissatisfied with my stay. I chose this being a 4 star hotel but could have stayed at a 3 star and been happier. Would not recommend.

Great hotel and even better staff!
The staff (Alyssa and Kiara (front desk), Will and Miguel (bartender and restaurant), and Quincy (shuttle driver) all were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The hotel was super clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and we were even lucky to witness some hotel entertainment at the pool area! Everything from the huge automatic doors that greet you, to the hotel lobby and beyond far exceeded our expectations! Will definitely stay here again when in the Tampa area!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Alba! Everyone was nice and inviting, my room was perfect, the restaurants were delicious, pool was great, the shuttle was an added bonus and my overall trip was great. I can’t wait to come back here again, I was close enough to everything and far enough for peace and quiet! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Nice Stay - Some Road Noise!
Comfortable hotel. A bit of road noise will. Occur if you’re facing the pool side, especially in the 3 floors of suites. I was on the 3rd floor in a 1br suite, and could hear trucks or noisy cars going by. Overall a good stay though. The pool was excellent, and the food was good too

1st night loud Party in next room until 3.30am called security, really didn’t make a difference We moved to another room 2nd day, maid left door open all day and we returned at 10pm. I was furious. No manager responded to my call Every day did not clean bathroom nor coffee facilities, we had to go to reception and tell them every day but nothing changed Manager was supposed to contact us but did not I spoke with Hotel manager on check out and he promised a complimentary night or hotel points Nothing happened and I have email, left 2 voice messages and no response Awful !!! And it is supposed to be a Tapestry hotel ???
