The room was great! It was clean and AC kept the room cool. Close to the stadium and airport. My wife is really picky when it comes to hotels and she approved of this one. Complimentary breakfast was good. I recommend it.

Tampa Fantasy Stay
So my stay was so amazing from the soft comfortable beds to the amazing shower and restroom was clean. Also the pool area was amazing. The hotel was a fabulous stay just for 1 nite before my cruise. The only thing if you don’t have a car it’s nothing close to go for food except this 1 place.

Affordable, clean, breakfast was good except they didn't provide any meats other than pork👎 My family and I don't eat pork. If they added turkey or beef sausages and bacon, that would be excellent! Pool was warm and clean, Our room was clean. Outside the property was clean. Hallways and elevator was clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view was beautiful, overlooking the outside pool, the airport, and palm trees. We love anything Hyatt House. Any city that my family and I travel to, we stay at a Hyatt House.

I picked this hotel based off location and the 24 hour shuttle to the airport. I needed to be at the airport at 4 am. Before making my reservation, I called the property to double check the time for the shuttle I needed. I spoke with Anthony (if i remember his name correctly) and asked him if the shuttle time was an issue. He reassured me that it was not. He clarified that time was 4 am to 8 pm but if I came down earlier and requested they would call the shuttle driver for us. I checked into the hotel and Tiffany checked us in. I inquired again about the shuttle to make sure the time was not an issue. She stated shuttle runs 4 am to 8 pm every half hour. Also that catching the 4 am shuttle would be suffient enough. I expressed my concern again, and stated I had already called previous and was told it wasn't an issue to get an ealier shuttle. She stated again 4am shuttle will work for us. While eating dinner in the lobby, she proceeded to come and reassure me again that the 4 am shuttle is plently of time for me to get to the airport even though 24 hour shuttle service is available. I wanted to be at the airport at 4 am, not leave at 4 am. When checking out with Natalie, at 3:30 am. I requested the shuttle and she called right away and the shuttle was there for pick up within minutes. I'm disappointed with the back and forth with Tiffany on the shuttle time. Otherwise the hotel experience was great.
