Nice for an older hotel
older hotel but very clean. Staff was friendly. Had to wait in line to check in. Guess they didn't realize how many new guests they were getting. Location near the Westshore Mall is excellent.

Property was old and tired. The TV was a low budget internet based set-up. The inner courtyard resulted in a very noisy stay. On-site restaurant/bar was closed. Not coming back.

Check in was great. Room smelled like smoke, but didn’t want to wait in very long line to change rooms, we were only staying one night. Unable to connect to internet. Plugs in the room near the bed didn’t work, had to plug everything into the bathroom outlet. Contracted van service, only one airport run per hour. One of our party had to Uber because van time wasn’t accommodating. Good for a one night cheap stay, wouldn’t stay again

The heating system was totally out of order.Tried many times to contact reception to get a portable heater in the room but it was failed. Finally, we were told that the heating system need to maintaince. They didn't know when it will be fixed. Therefore, the hotel room and facilities were too old to satisfy customers. The staff was not well trained in hospitality. Felt so cold staying in this hotel. Definity not recommend to others.

Cold snap in Florida and no heat. The said they would send up maintenance but they never arrived. Asked for extra blankets and the never arrived. Room is dated with poorly done repairs. On the good side it was clean and the bed was comfy

Not a fan of this place. Beds were uncomfortable, Furniture is worn and Bathroom door looked like someone kicked it in. No ice bucket. No glasses for drinks, phone didn't work. No guide for tv. I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel was alright. Definitely dated but was clean. Walking distance to a shopping plaza a few restaurant choices nearby. Couldn’t reach the hotel for the free shuttle and had to Uber there.
