Great breakfast! Red chile was amazing. Counter staff was fantastic, rooms could have been cleaner. Wish the hot tub had been open.

The staff was nice. The TV didn't work; I didn't realize it until very late at night. When I checked out, I told the front desk staff; no compensation was given. The room was dated and smelled a little funny, but the bed was very, very comfortable. The restaurant was mid. I had an expensive steak that was overcooked, and they "everythinged" my baked potato, which I didn't ask for but was very good.

Dirty and bed bug found! I’m so disturbed it’s a first for us, we let front desk know about the bug, they didn’t take very seriously. We literally left a ton of clothes and our baby’s pack and play crib to avoid bringing infestation back to our home. Got out of there ASAP. Hotels.com is helping us attempt to get refunded. Not only guests suffer but the housekeeping staff that are exposed to this infestation I hope the hotel takes this seriously.

Parking was not clearly explained, so at 10 o’clock at night when we’re in bed, we had to move the cars! Walked into the room. The the head of the Murphy bed was broken. There were multiple lightbulbs that were out and needed replacing, which should not have been missed by housekeeping!

Restaurant was great. Only had dinner, but both times were good. Couldn't get hot water in the shower (room 105) lukewarm at best. Curtain rod and curtains for bathroom need to be changed. Door is small anyway and the curtain is in the way and makes it hard to get in or out. Room was small but cozy. Loved the courtyard outside.

Great staff, awesome history, wonderful courtyard, and dang good restaurant! Rooms in the historic part are not big, not fancy, but with mountains, wildlife, and history surrounding you, why do you need a big fancy hotel room? Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!!

We booked this hotel expecting an old motor lodge with fun northern NM vibe. What we weren't expecting was THE COMFIEST BED WE'VE SLEPT ON IN YEARS. Seriously next level. The facility is various levels of vintage, classic, antique, and ancient, and the experience walking the grounds is amazing- rickety wood walkways, 100+ year old exposed vigas, and beautifully aged old adobe walls. If you want a spotless, clinically-curated sleeping experience, go to a Holiday Inn. But if you want to talk to some nice staff, sleep on a super nice bed surrounded by authentic vintage NM architecture, and enjoy some green chile chicken enchiladas for dinner, this is your place.

Breakfast was delicious but its a restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast wasnt free or discounted for people staying there. There was one waitress and one cook there and it took a long time. Waitress was nice and i felt sorry for her.
