Nice hotel. But, each day we tried to watch TV the remote would not work consistently. Each day they installed new batteries and it worked sometimes. Finally on the last day I insisted on a new remote which worked great. This was ourvlast night there! Very inconvenient!!!!

Needs some improving
Room is out dated , floor and shower curtain was dirt . Not enough towels in room . Tub filled with water when showering and room had a musty smell. Complimentary breakfast good have been better.

I really liked the hotel. The only I did not like was that I reserved two to be atleast by each I seen there were conjoined rooms that were available so I reserved them both and the lady I talked to on the phone said those rooms were reserved in my name. When we checked in one of the rooms was taken by someone else. The rest of my family was able to get a room on the same floor thank goodness it just wasn't what I reserved and informed about.

Roaches, sheets and bedding was dirty upon arrival, bathroom floors were dirty, you didn’t want to actually touch anything. “Kitchen” was just a smaller fridge and microwave and sink.

The hotel was in a great area for shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious and we had a view of cracker barrel to sse when it was busy or slow for dining.

I had reservations for 2 beds in the room, and with a couch. I didn't get my reservation. I got one bed, and a crappy couch. They told me to take it or leave, cause they could rent this room out in 10 minutes! I would never go there again!!!

I was flying in to attend Family Day & Graduation. Main reason I chose to book here was because of the good reviews about cleanliness & being close to Ft. Sill. Friendly staff & easy to self park. The only downside was that whoever was in the adjacent room must have been a smoker. At times a strong cigarette smell would fill the sink area. We didn't spend much time there so it wasn't a big deal. Checking in & out was no hassle.

The girl was great that ckd us in ! The male manager when checked out not so much. We had a large urine spot on the mattress protector so it was clearly not washed or replaced. We moved to this hotel from one across the street that was way worse but still should not be sleeping on dirty sheets of any kind !
