Plumbing issues and cleanliness.
Bathroom sink didn’t drain at first, same with tub. Finally drained slowly! When I shower I do not like standing in soapy water waiting for it to slowly drain. Toilet wouldn’t drain on last day. Shower water was lukewarm on first night and next morning but finally got hot water on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Found somebody’s black socks on TV table and trash on carpet under the table. Fridge was sitting on floor in front of mirror instead of inside cabinet, I think it’s too big to fit but at least it worked. We did mention sink slowly draining to front desk but my husband was able to get it draining somewhat. We didn’t know about the shower issues until late at night. We’ve stayed at other Hamptons so expected better. Cleaning person should have reported the plumbing issues and cleaned the room better. The room was very quiet and dining area was clean.

Head to park at the west end of the property in a marked spot. When we went to leave in the morning, the front of the car was covered with water spots that were deep and hard to get out.

Get your hot tub fixed.
All great but and it’s a real bummer but, the Hot tub did not work and my main reason for booking with them was for the Hot tub!!!

I chose this hotel because it had a unique feature of a whirlpool bath in the room. I saw photos on the website and when I booked the room was labelled as "king suite with whirlpool". When we arrived the front desk person, who was very nice, informed us that the room had been renovated and there was no longer a whirlpool in the room. He continued to book us in but never offered a discount, then took us to look at the room. During this time he also informed us that the hotel's jacuzzi did not work. The room was nice/clean but looked like every other room. We decided to not stay at this location due to the lack of promised amenities. The front desk cancelled our stay but because we booked through Expedia he couldn't give me a refund. Currently waiting on that and hoping it's not another issue.

There was a roach in the room , towels were stained, the walls were dirty, there was hair in the sink a bad experience with the room overall. We got a partial credit but thinking of disputing the whole amount at this point. It was not worth over $325!

This was a great hotel. Would stay here again if back in Temecula. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and the location was perfect! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast room was comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Temecula and had a great experience. The room was spacious and provided plenty of comfort, especially the bed, which was super cozy. The location was ideal, just a short distance from Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a very pleasant stay—I'd happily return!

overall good experience, but had trouble checking in. Was told my credit card was expired and my reservation cancelled. My credit card doesn't expire for another few years, so I called my credit card company and handed my phone to the hotel employee and they worked it out. Very distressing after a long drive.

Lock on my room quit working and we had to wait in order to get in our room to check out and remove our belongings. The hotel was under construction in the eating/fireplace area. No bread/bagels offered for breakfast… Limited items to eat. Sub par. Pool area hot tub wasn’t heated and chairs were ripped and poor condition. We would not care to stay here again.
