Good hotel had key issues
The workers in the reception were very nice and polite , the hotel had an issue with the keys and we couldn’t get in our room , one of the night staff had to manually open the door for guests and that took over an hour .

Good Hotel for the price we paid
Stayed at the SignatureHotel on my birthday because it was close to everything. Everything was great, my only complaint is when we got back to the hotel at 2am in the morning their system was down and all the room doors will not open with the keys they provided to their guests! The front desk person had to open the room doors for everyone who was trying to get into their room. If we decided that we wanted to leave, we would have to ask the guy at the front to open our door again, that was the only inconvenience. Other than that everything was fine.

I used to really like this hotel but I got disappointed this time on my second visit. When we came, I took a shower and there was no hair conditioner in the bottle or probably the pump was not working anymore, I reported it to the front desk but she said she does not have the key and the housekeeper has it, this was just supposed to be a simple issue that can be fixed if there is a back up or atleast a spare bottle of conditioner. The bath tub drainage was clogged too. During breakfast , the waffles and coffee ran out and it was not even 9am and there were still some guests that came.

It was okay not fabulous. A little noisy, the room backed up on a highway. No elevators, it was basically a 2 story motel where every room was accessible from the street or balcony. It served our needs, but I’m not sure I would recommend it to others.
