Property and staff were nice but not truthful about cleaning our room. We had to call down to the lobby and request our room be clean such as putting new linen on the bed and fresh towels. But other than that it was really nice

Every area of the hotel was clean and well kept from the front desk to the rooms. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Danny at the front desk was very helpful and willing to do whatever needed to be done. The ladies that ran the breakfast area were friendly and cat food, hot and replenished.

The room was okay, we never got any room service as in towels or garbage removal. There one week. We did go to the desk and ask for towels and were told it was every other day. We did not have it at all. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. Sausage eggs, yogurt waffles.,repeat. 2 days no juice cause I guess they had the holiday backup staff on. Christmas and day after was not good on buffet. Room was stale smelling, tried air freshener but couldn’t get it to budge but it looked pretty clean. Not the worst or the best. Probably wouldn’t repeat a stay there.

Friendly and professional staff who were always happy to help. The hotel feels very new overall, with updated indoor and outdoor facilities, a modern gym, comfortable lounge seating, a large TV, and a spacious room equipped with all the necessary appliances — great value for the stay. The only minor issues were a strange odor from the AC when using the heat and a hair dryer that made a rattling noise with a slight burning smell. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we’d definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special shout out to Denise (Front Desk) she gave us the best service and made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the property was welcoming and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

The outlay of the Hotel. Very clean, spacious, organized. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Guest were nice. Breakfast bar is amazing. Better than other hotels that I have been to. I will return for New Year's of 2026. Mini Vacay.
