The shower was the filthiest shower I have ever seen in a hotel room. When I went down to breakfast, there was nothing left, and this was in the middle of the breakfast serving time. When I ran the water in the sink in the bathroom, clearly the drain was clogged, because cloudy water came up from the drain into the sink as the water ran. Do not stay here!

You get what you pay for. Stayed there for 12 days and never received clean towels when I asked for them. Kept going to the front desk to keep getting kitchen items and was told that they ran out of and other items.

Definitely a two star place. Everything was old and shabby, though the bed linens were very clean and comfortable, but need a refresh. Great TV. No bugs noted anywhere. Mat in tub was dirty. Only housekeeping on week days. Plenty of parking. Full kitchen, but counter, sink, and refrigerator were old and marked, but they worked. Lots of spots on the rug. Heat/AC worked well. Fan in bathroom really loud. One sink in bathroom, and everything in bathroom definitely needs replacing. No ice machine seen, but you could make ice in the refrigerator. Doesn't help when you get there, because it takes time to make ice. A positive is that there is a gas station and McDonald's right close by.

Expensive for what was offered. Friendly lady at the counter. Conveniently located. Wouldn’t suggest making this a family stay as it seems it be more of an adult clientele in the building. Overall it could have been better, but it could’ve been worse too. Would probably stay again if I was returning to the area, but won’t go out of my way to get back.

During our weekend stay we witnessed numerous law enforcement officers in and out of the property every night we were there. The hotel almost appeared to be like a homeless refuge which would have been nice to know when traveling with kids. Definitely not a family hotel given the circumstances of the permanent residents that seem to live there. The staff was very nice however the property is in desperate need of renovation. When you walk up to the door you get greeted with a mixture of urine, cigarettes and weed. The lobby is dated but clean. The corridors need new carpets and a serious wipe down with bleach. The room appeared to be clean when we first walked in but after putting our bags down we realized we need to wipe everything down with bleach. The shower had footprints of someone’s dirty feet. The sink had black mold that didn’t budge and the toilet and floor were sticky. The carpet had a weird feel like something was spilled and never cleaned. Our pillows and blankets smelled like smoke and had a yellow ting to them. The room had a weird smell.

The room itself could've been cleaned much better. When we walked in there was something red all over the bathroom counter. I assume it was nail polish but I'm thinking with a little effort it could've been cleaned off. The bathtub also looks like it could be cleaned better. We departed around 8 AM this morning and the taking go breakfast was all gone. The dog area out behind the hotel was also the same area for smokers and we non-smokers don't appreciate walking our dog in a cloud of cigarette smoke. Too overpriced for the condition of the room and property.

We Didn't Want To Leave!

Perfect location for surrounding event venues. It is within close distance to everything a traveler needs including restaurants, shopping, gas stations, fast food, and grocery stores! The kitchen is super convenient and very ideal for an "extended stay" :) We had a great time!

Refrigerator broke during my stay and all my food spoiled. I was on the 1st floor and some white moisture was seeping through the cracks in the floor boards as soon as you entered room and also in the bathroom. Tub was worn out. Will never go there again. The worst stay ever in my entire life. So disappointed!
