Worst hotel ever I've stayed at better motels

Walls had plaster not painted or sanded hair in the tub mold around tub bathroom fan was loud carpet dirty and kitchen and beds outdated and animal smell they kept my money for checking out a day early I've stayed at better motels just pure nasty

We lost power at 8:30 I specifically went to the hotel to watch the football game. The power didn’t come back till 1230. I never got to watch the football game.

It smell bad needs to be upgrade. We felt like we was staying in a shelter for homeless. We barely slept. But had no choice but to stay. We check out real early.

4/10 The room was VERY outdated and in need of repair. We stayed in a non-pet room but the carpet smelled of pet odors. The shower/water pressure was great! It states breakfast but it was a very limited continental breakfast. NO CREAM for coffee (only coffee mate)!!

I was very please with the staff, service I received the room was clean and comfortable it was quiet it’s located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. I highly recommend this place and it’s just 40 minutes from Salem and Boston 👍

Unsafe and dirty

Lots of smoking, vaping and MJ in the hotel. Very dirty and my family felt very unsafe here. So unsafe, that we left after 20 minutes.
