Staff didn’t know how to process Expedia reservations, and double charged me for my room. We checked out one day early due to illness, and they pushed any responsibility off to Expedia. They just didn’t care.

Pretty clean overall, thought $9 for a water but all you can drink free coffee was really crazy. Very very noisy people staying there, inside and out in the parking lot, surprised management didn't get involved.

We arrived at the hotel. Unbeknownst to us at the time of our booking it was under construction. My wife has a disability and due to the regular exits being closed had an extremely difficult time getting in and out of the hotel. Very disappointed and displeased with Fairfield Inn by Marriott Boston. I wish I was able to add photos.

Would be great if not under renovation.
When my wife and I stayed here the hotel was under major renovations which we were never told about when booking. The front entrance was inaccessible, parking limited due to resurfacing, and the side entrances did not work using our hotel keys. During our 5 day stay, our room was not serviced once by housekeeping even after raising concerns several times to the manager on duty. On our last night we were finally told that during check in the hotel staff flagged our room in error not to be serviced by housekeeping (we never requested that). This was frustrating as we had brought up the concern several times prior. The deadbolt on our room door often failed to unlatch when trying to open the door. After alerting management, they gave us a workaround and said they were aware of these problems and did not have a fix for them. The parking lot was also periodically closed off in different areas for resurfacing, necessitating walks around the building to enter as the side entrances did not work. To be fair, our room was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was also quite good. The main concern for us was the complete lack of communication from the hotel to guests of the frequent inconveniences - construction, parking lot issues, door issues, etc. This could be a great hotel, but maybe they should have waited until construction was either completely finished or farther along.

It would have been nice to know in advance that they were doing remodeling. The staff and the room were great, but the place looked really messy and dirty. The breakfast was good but the eggs were disgusting. I don’t even think those were real eggs. Gross.

We arrived at the hotel and the entire parking area and entrance reception and lobby were under construction . No notices visible and we had to enter at the back laundry door . Once again no obvious notices.Our room had just been remodelled and was perfect. Breakfast area was operational among builders screens . The whole place was a construction site and smelled strongly of tar.Still paid the full room rate !! No earnings on the booking site!!!!

The staff made the stay an absolute pleasure. They were very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. Having the Wendy's at the front of the hotel and other restaurants was extremely well thought out. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Somewhere I recommend and will recommend to others to stay at.

The room was large and clean. Quiet too. I was working nights and needed some place. The breakfast was very good, wish the hot food had more variety over the week. It was under renovation. So it made it difficult to navigate the parking lot.

The lobby was under construction so initially we were wary of the property but everything was great, the rooms were nice and clean, staff was so friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. Would return!
