Great location
As was advertised, I had issues finding the actual apartment and called the number who was very helpful assisting us. Car parking was a issue for us as we didn't fit in the garage due to our car size. We parked on street. Overall great location and clean

Location was great. Unit needs an upgrade. Bed not comfy. Tap dripped in bathroom. Need to declutter unit and garage. Couldn’t fit car in. Need to toss all chipped crockery.

Needs lot of attention
The only positive aspect of this property is its perfect location being beach front. The main lounge area is so uncomfortable and the seats are full of weird insects that can give you terrible itchy bites and rash after 5 minutes . The ceiling fans are doing nothing to cool down the temperature if you are staying there in summer. The parking is very difficult as the provided single lockup garage can hardly fit any sedan car because of the stored stuff that belongs to the owner.
