They were out of power for two days and yet still would book online! We drove 90 minutes to get there just to see they are out of power. the front desk person was nice and did his best to deal with angry costumers, not his fault for sure.

Don’t trust Hotels.com

Where is my refund? We booked because we were evacuated. When we got to the Motel they had No electricity. It was that way for two days prior! This was not disclosed when we booked. We did not stay and asked for a refund. Why am I having to jump through hoops for a 2 night refund for unethical behavior?

I got to the hotel and due to the fires around LA there was no power at the hotel so we couldn’t stay there but, I wasn’t refunded any of the $118 I spent online to reserve the room.

An awful Motel 6

The bed was sagging. The top sheet/duvet if that's what they are calling it, was stained in several places. Good thing I brought my own blanket. Yuck. The room is dirty smelling. The mini fridge is old and was not cold at all. I checked in late after driving for 10 hours. I took a quick hardly any water shower using my own towels as you can imagine and slept for just a few hours and left. I based booking it from the freeway at night and it was so pretty on the outside. Disappointed beyond. I tried calling all day the next day to speak with a mgr. Their phones were down, I guess because it was not connecting. Terrible Motel 6.

Nice Staff; No Heat in Room

Heater blew cool air only and I needed to transfer rooms. Front desk staff was excellent with this, but it was clear the facility has lots of shortcomings as many, if not most, rooms don't have heat from what I gather.

Staff was helpful and property was nice. The walls felt extremely thin. You could hear everything. From the people next door to the cars on street and freeway. Room was clean but it doesn’t come when amenities like usual hotels do. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt safe here. Layout of the hotel was nice and clean.
