Fine for a short trip stay in convenient location BUT the room was dated and worn and smelt of smoke! It was a no smoking room but clearly someone had been smoking in there. Wish I had spent a little more money and stayed in a nicer hotel.

Alert!!! it's a scam place. Dirty rooms, Insects found in the room. Breakfast was days old, bread slices like cement. bricks. Above all Hotel does not accept its problems and refuses to refund in case of problems.

Good nights sleep, quiet hotel. Nice bar area with reasonable prices. Parking is a real issue though and you can easily be blocked in, so be careful if you have an early morning flight on which space you choose.

We'd been out at a concert at the park abs had quite a bit of alcohol. During the night i needed to drink water so i drank water from the tap. I didn't have my glasses on so didn't notice till the morning that the tap water isn't safe to drink! If it's not safe to drink then we should either be informed at check in or have bottled water in the room.

I have received a parking charge notice from Parkingeye: when I was staying at your hotel and validated my car at your reception. I was parked legally and was a guest at your hotel, so why is this? It’s very upsetting.

The staff were friendly. Doors slammed from 5am onwards. The room was cold. Light blazing onto my window from outside. Unable to get TV working for a watchable program, as no instructions. Hated putting EVERY transaction on my card each day, like one drink or meal etc...no cash was accepted there. So using foreign cards became EXPENSIVE due to Dollar to poiund change over rates etc. so I need to check my bill for each individual transaction.

Had to change rooms as sliding windows in allocated room didn’t have any seals and right next to motorway with very loud traffic. Room service menu in room but not available so had to order at the bar which wasn’t busy and which took forever then had to carry up to top floor room

The room was dated but clean bathroom needs completely replacing the bar food and service was good the rest of the hotel seemed fine but the room was dire furniture had chips in some big some small also no bottled water to make a drink as there was a sign in bathroom saying not drinking water so how are you supposed to make a drink? Would not stay again
