We stayed here one night for a concert at the amphitheater. Our check in was a bit early and Sara at the front desk radioed housekeeping to see if a room was ready, and, lucky us, it was. Sara was super friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we would need, except tea bags (fortunately, they’re available in the breakfast area 24/7), and was spotless. The hotel was quiet and peaceful after we returned to the room after our concert. The next morning, we both enjoyed the continental breakfast downstairs. Staff is fantastic, beds are comfy and rooms quiet, so I definitely recommend this Wyndham.

While it was nice to get the text messages, confirming our reservation and arrival, the text messages also asked us what we needed. I texted back that I did not want a short toilet. I got there and they had read my text, and the lady at check-in said she saw my text and said “you’ll be OK”. The toilet was not OK! they gave us a room with a short toilet. It’s not easy for seniors to squat so low. Perhaps next time I will have to ask for a handicap room. But hotels need to in my opinion, upgrade their toilets to taller ones as the taller ones can at least be used by short people.

RUDE
I was not even able to stay there The hotel called me and told me I was on a do not rent list for them for a previous stay. The person calling was rude and was about to hang up on me when I stopped her to ask when and why. The day I was supposedly there I wasn’t. She didn’t want to give me any information due to the fact that they didn’t have any more info. After I pushed andgot her to dig into it more it wasn’t me and it was someone with the same name. But this wasn’t checked before she called. I understand mistakes happen but she was rude about it until she figured out she was wrong. I cancelled my reservation and had to pay more at another hotel that I had to book last minute. I will NEVER stay with this hotel ever again. Hopefully they will do their homework first next time!!!!!!!
