The pool was lovely. This apartment which is managed by the realestate company “Best of Magnetic” is disgustingly unhygienic! We killed 5 cockroaches inside the apartment during our 3 night stay! And no we didn’t leave the doors open. We know there are cockroaches in north QLD, but this was outrageous especially as we have a young child playing on the floors. The property is inside the Peppers Resort and we have stayed at Peppers numerous times. This is an insult to Peppers just being located on their premises! Next time we will make sure if we book a property inside Peppers that it is definitely managed by Peppers and not some money hungry poor quality realestate company or landlord.
