Pleasant historic b&b in Northport. Needs a little TLC around property, comfortable beds, clean and fresh rooms. Breakfast is ok. Good coffee.

We had a delightful and comfortable stay here, owners were polite, friendly and informative. The house itself is so lovely and nice common areas and yard space. Room was comfortable and had in-room AC controls. Thank you!

I stayed for 2 nights and it was fine. I was there for an event and couldn't find a nearby hotel room, but this opened up literally at the last minute. It was expensive, but I was grateful to have found a room. We were out the door early, before their 8am breakfast but Brad was gracious and tried to get food set out earlier for us. It was quite a limited menu, same thing both days. Other reviews mentioned the mattresses needing replacement but mine was just fine. Room was clean, the place was charming and far more interesting than a hotel room. Best part aside from the hosts was the screened in porch. A nice place to chill before heading to sleep.

Our host, Brad, was very conversational, gracious, and showed interest that we were satisfied with our stay. It’s a unique, quaint B&B on a beautiful, spacious property. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

We enjoyed our night here and would come back in the future. Brad was a welcoming host, and the room was clean and comfortable. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the restaurants and shops in town.

Terrible bed and pillows. The mattress causes you to roll to the middle. Spent the night trying to not sink into the middle. The pillows were flat and the bed creaks so much that no way were we going to enjoy marital relations.

Cute cottage. The room was fine. The bed creaked way too much. No marital relations in that room! The mattress was terrible - we kept rolling to the middle of the bed. So between the creaky bed and mattress, not the best sleep.
