Floor felt like it was about to fall in. When we got orange juice from the dispenser, 5 baby flies were in the juice. When I told the kitchen staff, she just ran juice through the dispenser. Told the front desk and she just told the kitchen again who ran juice again. Did not clean spout. One of the reasons we chose this location was due to indoor pool. Pool was closed. they claim it is on the website that it is closed, but we did not see it.

Comfy bed. Decent breakfast. Hot coffee. Old and in need of maintenance
This place sucks!
Unprofessional. Dirty. Smelly. Ice machine broke. Swimming pool closed for repairs.
They gave my prepaid room to someone else and charged me again. It was 1:00am and all we wanted was to sleep.

Our sink backed up but, if left several hours the standing water eventually went out.
Unfortunately, there was no cream for coffee on a Sunday morning.
I was truly excited about this Stay at this hotel with it being a Marriott location I was expecting great customer service and a very nice room and overall good experience. What I received instead was Nightmare. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk proceeded to write my Card number down because he said he could not complete my check-in and charge me on the terminal that he was working with. After Green to that and completing my check-in without actually being checked in, I received my keys and went to my room an hour later someone else came into my room As a single woman traveling alone, I found this experience to be very frightening after having a man in my room that I did not know I perceived to pack my items so that I could vacate the room. Upon speaking with the desk clerk, I was informed that there was new management that had taken over the property just the day before. He was reluctant to give me any contact information and did not want to cancel my room after the inconvenience that was caused to me I did not feel safe staying in a room, for fear of someone else entering my room without my permission when I left the hotel I do not feel as if the situation was resolved. I was informed that I would receive a confirmation email for the cancellation of my stay and I have as of yet to receive this email I asked for the names and contact information of the people who are now managing the hotel and he reluctantly gave me that information he wrote down the name in the email
