We had a great experience.. Staff was excellent.. Room was clean n had a nice experience.. We rented out room with three beds. Two with queen bed and one full for the kids (5 people). Needs attention on thw towel area. Towel was way to small. Seems like it was kids towel. Didn't explore the surroundings, but we did slept well... I would use this hotel again when i am back in town.

It was a quiet and quaint little place in the heart of Willits. Close to some yummy food choices and the cutest organic market, I’d stay again for sure. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

If you have a baby, do not stay here. The housekeeping does not do a good job. We found marijuana pipe cleaners underneath the sink in a non-smoking room. There were also bug traps under the sink. The whole non-smoking room smelled disgusting like smoke. I told the front desk they said oh no I’m so sorry. They also do not disclose that this is a super 8. The breakfast was horrible. They were out of everything. My advice is to pick anywhere else.

Me and my family enjoy a nice quiet comfortable night and the creekside inn, big room with king size beds, also had a smoking area so i could smoke a cigar, meanwhile my kids and pug could hang out by the pool and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend for anyone on vacation, that just needs sometime to relax. 10 stars

Unlike many South Asian-owned lodging properties, this one is well managed and much attention is given to customer comfort. "Zu," the afternoon desk clerk was welcoming and helpful and the evening clerk was helpful. Additionally, we were granted a late checkout time upon request the following morning. We slept undisturbed and the room was well appointed and supplied with all the basics we required.
