The first impression was not really good. The elevator was out of order. The room and carpeting seemed dated and not in the best of shape.

Room needs upgrading. Lamp didn’t work (wouldn’t turn off). Stains on furniture. Rug needs to be replaced. Knob missing from closet door. Tub had mildew. No stopper in tub. Mildew on a lamp shade as well. There was urine in the toilet when I checked in. Toilet also backed up.

Arrived to truck blocking door to deliver gambling machines. Chairs down and had to walk over. First room had no TV, half a lock on the door and the microwave was for visual only. Husband got a different room and while he was getting bags from the car, a man, with a key, walked into the room. The down blanket was marked up with red marker, that we originally thought was blood but realized it was marker. The pillows were covered in hair in both rooms. When man walked in, I tried to call the desk but the phone was not working though plugged in. Micro in 2nd room was for visual only as well. Breakfast,limited food, eggs were gross. And after we ate the waffles, we saw the worker cleaning the waffle maker by blowing/spitting on it.. Disgusted. .

The property is so dirty. When we entered the room there was huge spider on the wall. We were provided alternate room which had nasty smell and very dirty carpet. The toilet seat was broken as well as shower tap was not working.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. Our room was clean and comfortable. The two issues we had were discussed with the front desk when we checked out. It wasn’t an issue for us but we wanted to make them aware as the next guests staying in that room may have cared. If we are ever back in PA to go to Hershey Park. We would definitely consider this hotel again.

This is was one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The first thing I noticed was the huge cloud of cigarette smoke surrounding the front door. Countless people sat around a picnic table chain smoking all hours of the day. There was no way to get into or out of the property without being assaulted by 2nd hand smoke. The next thing upon walking inside was the nauseating stench throughout the entire hotel. It reeked of curry, mildew, and BO. Our room also reeked of curry and smelled musty. It was hard to sleep because of the nasty, overpowering odor. The breakfast options were very limited/paltry to say the least. The room, especially the carpet was filthy. The bathroom and shower had multiple strands of long, black hair over it despite being “cleaned”. Nobody in our family has black hair. The walls and carpet were covered in mystery stains. The towels and sheets reeked of BO and curry, and also had mystery stains. We felt extremely unsafe because the front desk guy who seemed to work 24 hours a day leered at all the young girls staying there. Plus random people who appeared to be vagrants or homeless wandered around the parking lot, several times creepy men were found sitting in their trucks in the empty adjoining lot and staring into the windows. Also the EV charging wasn’t free. When my kids were swimming in the nasty pool twice a random, fully clothed indian person came and stood staring at them, then hurried off. We couldn’t wait to checkout and leave.

Place was run down and old. Nothing like the other comfort inns near by. Got room service 1 time out of 5 nights. Seems like alot of people are living there. The security latch on the door was taken off. The ac/heat units dont stay on when u want them to. Breakfast is suppose to be seved at 6 and was not ready once. So lots of improvement to be made. Will not be staying here ever again.
