This is a comfortable, mid-range hotel. It is not luxurious and the room is drab. However, the HVAC if fine and the bed is comfortable. It is in a very good location

Excellent location and service.
Customer service at this hotel makes it worth the stay. The location makes it ideal in the downtown area since its within walking distance of the water, shopping, and quality pubs and eating establishments. The only complaint we had was the walls felt a bit thin and we could hear everything outside our door, making us wonder if everything could be heard inside our room from the hall. Parking in downtown is expensive, so be prepared for paying $36 to $43 Canadian per day if you use valet or a garage close by. Other than that, great stay and would recommend.

Stayed here a couple of years ago and had an amazing room and experience. Was expecting the same this time, especially after paying over $1,000 for 2 nights and got a simple, ‘normal’ room. Was disappointed but place was great, clean, and staff was amazing. Hard time wrapping my head around the $500 value of a simple room.
