The safety latch on the door was ripped off, no glasses in the room, no liner for the ice bucket, broken temperature control in the fridge, no soap in the shower, the bed had such a big dip in the middle, you had to roll out of it. We both had a terrible sleep

My room didn’t include a microwave as stated. So I used the microwave in the community kitchen in the penthouse but the trash was completely full each time I went there. Also, the phone in my room was as good as decoration because it didn’t have a cord to plug in so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone when I needed something.
