The TV did not work We were put in a room beside the ice machine that was used all night There are only sheets on the bed no heavy blankets You have to call at 8am the day you check out to request a later check out and it’s still not guaranteed There is a $40 charge to park and we were not told until we checked out They over charged me on my room that I pre booked on Expedia and they wouldn’t refund.

Excellent location downtown . Close to BC place and Rogers Arena. Our room was well set out as expected. Downside: king bed mattress creaked and had left side failure. Large stand up shower was nice but water escaped leaking on ceramic floor making it slippery. Desk staff on check out was snobby. Might give this place a 2nd chance at a later date

Check in was smooth , gentle man was pleasant . I totally forgot his name starts with A . Got to the room very clean , hall way well kept. Hotel close to everything . Only downfall to my trip i can’t sleep as there is a loud noise that keeps chipping in and out waking my baby up . I booked the stay to just relax have fun with my kids but it turns out to be a sleepless night so far 11.48pm and I am still up ! Seems there is a venting system that chips in occasionally it’s loud and awful !! I am also close to the ice machine room 302 so and a fire exit door so I can’t really say what the noise really is but it’s so loud and frightening for my newborn baby ! Very disruptive. Staff was good even I requested a crib , & kettle they came so fast .
