Great Girls Weekend Away
We arrived early but were able to check in. The service was quick and efficient. We had a problem figuring out the TV. Someone came up quickly to assist. Lovely remodeled room. Very comfy bed. Another chair in the room would have been nice. Also no stir stick in the coffee condiments package.

Main areas were well kept, room had some old damage still present. Downtown Vancouver can be dodgy at night and this hotel is right in the thick of it. Not enough to keep me away but with noting

Our room was not clean! When we got in, there was hair left in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and the pullout bed had a dirty sock and crumbs from the last guest in it. There happened to be a housekeeper a couple of doors down so we asked her to come remake the pullout bed with new sheets. Other than the lack of cleanliness in our room, the hotel was alright. Staff were pleasant to deal with

Unexpected guest
I had found mouse droppings both behind the toilet and under the bed. On my final night I was sitting facing the door and a mouse ran from my bathroom under the door into the hallway and then back into my room back into the bathroom.

Location was good for walking. Nice little lobby bar for a happy hour drink. Room was average, teeny tiny bathroom with separate tiny vanity/sink out in front of closet, no door there so not ideal if you need privacy getting dressed. Nice pillows, pretty hard bed.
