The hotel looks like a shopping mall. We found that the Harbour View from our room was beautiful. No reclining chairs in the room nor available was deceptive.

In view of my husband’s health condition, he was unable ti lay down in the bed to sleep. The hotel staff tried to accommodate us but the hotel was unable to find a reclining chair for our room.

Everything about the hotel is amazing for the price. Only thing to mention is that in certain rooms the street noise can get a bit much sometimes when people honk and sirens go off. Overall would stay again.

Seemed expensive, though I suppose that’s to be expected in Vancouver. Parking was certainly expensive when considering a spot was not guaranteed and there aren’t many to begin with.

Inside hotel very nice & clean, staff amazing, lots to do in the area and close to everything downtown. Homeless situation needs to be addressed in Vancouver. It is so sad. The staff was on top of it when necessary. I would stay there again.

Chose to stay here as its a quick and easy walk to BC Place. Also good shopping nearby. Good access to public transit although i never needed to use it. Also not to far to walk to the seawall.

We like about cleanliness, very comfortable beds, nice ataff, spacious shared balcony (&smoking area), and parking. We didn't like about parking space not guaranteed for guests as the garage was also available for hourly or monthly parking. But, we didn't need to love our car that much, so it was okay. The entrance and exit of the garage were both gated, so it seemed very safe to park there.

The WiFi was limited and we weren’t able to enjoy our planned movie. The ice machine was broken, the phone’s buttons didn’t work, they didn’t offer complimentary breakfast to Expedia guests, and the pool didn’t have bathrooms or showers nearby.

Kevin the manager was great! He helped me out when I needed it. One thing though was that the hotel does not have the heat turned on yet until the end of October 2024. The first night I e almost froze. Kevin brought us two space heaters the second day and they worked fine. We also liked the large sized room and big shower and the amenities.
