We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel and room itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. The connecting bar/restaurant was very classy and beautiful, they gave us a complimentary beer/glass of wine for our stay. Service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful, there was always someone at the door to great us. Location wise it could not have been more perfect. We were basically in the middle of downtown Vancouver, 20 minute walk in all directions. I have seen some people criticizing the location stating it is sketchy or feels unsafe, but if you’re used to the city and understand you’ll see a few homeless people here and there, it’ll have no impact on your stay. We felt completely safe and the hotel is on a very popular/busy street and area. We did not have a mini fridge which did not bother us but is something to keep in mind if you are looking for one. Would definitely stay here again!

Could be a bit noisy for light sleepers
We stayed there for 2 nights. The staff was courteous and friendly. They proactively checked in with us on our stay however this was prior to excessive music noise in our first nightʻs sleep. In sharing the feedback with staff, instead of suggesting a move to an alternative room location, we were told to contact them again if thereʻs a problem. During our last nightʻs stay we again heard the music in the evening but even louder music early in the morning which disrupted sleep and was too far along in our stay to notify front desk to address our experience. while itʻs a nice hotel with friendly professional staff, if youʻre a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room high up in the floors to avoid noise.

Stayed 6 nights, some things I can share with others: 1 - Property, quite new and modern 2 - Location, fantastic, about 7-8 min walk to city centre train station. As others have mentioned yes there are homeless people and some shady looking characters around the corner but that's quite normal with major cities! 3 - Service, staff are friendly and attentive. 4 - The only bummer is, I got a rash within a day of my stay here. I later also found out that the first 2 floors are 'pet friendly'.. so I'm unsure if it's the detergent on their bedding or an allergy to animals that are staying there at the time. Lastly I do need to comment - the images of the bar are bit over the top with the exposure, it is not that bright at all.

The stay at this hotel was fine overall. The location is central, making it easy to get to most places, which was a big plus. Everything was satisfactory nothing exceptional but no issues either. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for convenience and a comfortable place to stay.
