Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Room was ready upon arrival, very clean and comfortable. Did not hear outside street noise from our room. Bed was very comfortable. We will stay again and highly recommend Hotel Blu. if you are going to any events in downtown Vancouver this is the place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed. We did get upgraded to loft room with balcony which was great. The only drawback to that room is the bathroom is downstairs and my husband gets up to use the bathroom several times so he had to climb the stairs for this. The shower and tub are amazing. We loved the nespresso machine. They provide a Dyson hair dryer. The pool and hot tub area is clean and peaceful. Great workout facility.Free bike for guest use.
