The Hyatt Regency was wonderful! We got to the hotel super early and they sent us a text letting us know when our room was available. They stored our luggage so we could go explore the city. The room was spacious, clean and modern. We had a great city view and the TV was huge! Walkable to high end shops like LV, Dior, and Lululemon. McDonald’s is right next door and Hy’s was a steakhouse around the corner and it was phenomenal!

Great location central for everything with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and a very short walk to the harbour/cruise terminal/tourist attractions. Spacious rooms and very comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and tidy, hotel staff are courteous. There is no place for breakfast so you have to order room service. The hotel location is good but I am often woken up by the sound of the ambulance in the middle of the night even the room is on the 21st floor

Great restaurants in the hotel, super friendly staff. unique security on the elevator. Next time I will request a room not facing the street with a view because even on the 27th floor we heard sirens many times during the night due to fire trucks and ambulances - part of being in a modern large city!

Hotel was nice and clean. We stayed overnight for a concert. Parking fee was expensive. McDonalds next door being open afterwards (11pm-12am) was a great bonus. They do window only service to keep employees safe. I didn't feel unsafe at the time we were there. Just be aware of your surroundings late at night.

This the third time I've stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last. I like everything about this place. LOVE the in-room coffee pod machine, but also love the Starbucks in the lobby and both McDonalds and Tim Horton's right next door. Bed was super comfy!

I booked this hotel ASAP because of what Hampton Inn did to my booking and how rude the manager the Hampton has. This was a last minute booking. Luckily this was available ASAP. The Concierge, Lorraine, was so understanding and accomodating and she made my horrible night better! She catered to my needs, upgraded my room with a Balcony. I have been with Hyatt several times and they always deliver above expectation. I became a member and I extendes my stay.
