Outstanding Services !!!!
My husband and I are so happy!!! So clean and so comfortable!! Thank you so much for the birthday cake surprise for my husband!! We love the RMT massage spa too and also the surprise bday fruit platter and a choice of champagne or sparkling juice!!! Really enjoyed the steam room inside our change room and the outdoor hot tub. Really feeling the love and the relaxation!! Definitely will come back again !!! Outstanding customer service from the front desk, to the housekeepers and the spa front desk!!! Thank you so much for making us feel so valuable!!!

Everything was great! The only thing I was disappointed in was looking out the window. We paid for a room with a water view. The view was a sliver of water, a building and a large parking lot. I wouldn't have paid the extra $$ if I knew the "view" was that.

Stayed there numerous times and I’ve had great service every time the hotel is always spotless. Doesn’t matter where you go in it. The staff are very friendly and it is convenient within walking distance of BC place and Rogers place.

From arrival with the doorman to front desk check in to restaurants, to the centrality to what we needed this hotel is unmatched for friendly attentive service. The room was clean, modern and a beautiful view. The breakfast restaurant, Honey Salt, was spacious and had a great menu and service. The Victor restaurant on the 5th floor was an incredible dining experience made even better by the suggestions of our incredible server Christopher. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Had a wonderful stay there. Even though it was short I felt everyone was very helpful. Only wish because I was in a convention that they extended my late checkout to even later as carrying my luggage around was just inconvenient.
