I stayed at Moda hotel the night before Labor Day. The check in process was very smooth. Directions to the self parking lot was really clear. Facility is a bit old in the room but that’s alright and fair in terms of the rate. After 10:30pm it got really loud on the street as the room I was given faces Seymour St, and on the 2nd floor. I couldn’t fall asleep so I went down around 11:30pm to the receptionist to see if there are other room available. The receptionist wasn’t there for 7min, he was helping out on the restaurant next door. But he was nice enough to apologize and helped me get an upgraded room on the 4th floor. The blanket wasn’t super comfy but it’s about average. Everything else is great, the attitude from the service was really nice. The location is really convenient in the downtown area, very walkable, and I don’t feel unsafe.

The hotel is very dated, but for a one nights stay it was fine. It's conveniently located near Rogers Arena which is why we stayed there. There are a lot of food options around the hotel and decent night life within walking distance.

This was a nice Property. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and neat. I would book there for an other trip that takes me to down Town Vancouver BC.

The location is good and safe.Just a few streets in all directions are restaurants and shops.All the staff were amazing , we even cancelled our future hotel booking with another hotel to come back after travelling elsewhere. the bar is great for happy hour and food

We chose the hotel as it was walking distance from the HULLO ferry and Rogers Arena. A bit rundown, and still pricey for the size of the room and amenities. The female receptionist was friendly, but spoke very fast with a big accent and was very hard to understand.

Stayed here 3 times with 3 different size rooms each time. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Close to supermarket and hop on hop off bus stop. Staff were excellent. Only complaint was the shower over a bath tub with nothing to hang onto getting in and out. Being older we had trouble with that.

Close to everything, heart of downtown. But at downtown very loud outside, vehicles, people talking or yelling overnight. Bar right below, so figures. But clean, nice staff Be wary if tall shower heads built fir thise under 5'5".
