Great location. Cleanliness at arrival was disappointing. Bathroom sink was dirty and a wad of hair was in the tub. Soap and shampoo levels were low. Otherwise the stay was very nice.

We stayed in a Pacific Club Room and were not disappointed. Room was a bit bigger than I thought and the view was amazing. The lounge was great...lots of selection of appetizers, drinks and breakfast items..The lobby bar was cozy with beautiful Christmas decorations. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was great celebrating the beginning of my retirement

What is not to love about staying on the water in downtown Vancouver? The hotel is beautiful, has all the amenities one would want, is right in the perfect area for dining, shopping and sightseeing. The cruise port is next door and everything is within walking distance.
