The property was excellent location however it was difficult to park the car as it is only valet parking and there were no spots in front of the hotel. Also check in did not happen until after 4PM which is not acceptable when it was supposed to be at 3PM.

surprisingly terrible stay. rooms are nice, but service is weird. We stayed at Wedgewood during the last push of a home reno. this meant long days working at our house and returning to WW for sleep. they lock the entrance in the evening and guests need to buzz to gain access. after a long day, i returned at 1am to a locked door. i buzzed and knocked. the night clerk saw me and went to the back room. he then came to the counter and shuffled papers. i buzzed again. he held up a finger to say just a minute and then returned to the back room. eventually he let me in. i was standing in the rain waiting while he shuffled papers. no other customers at 1am. no explanation. i felt extremely disrespected. in addition, while we were out, it appears maintenance was in our room (no one called them - no issues reported) because someone left a pair of pliers next to our personal items on the bathroom counter along with pieces of the sink. i have no explanation for this one. the fact that housekeeping didn’t replenish the coffee and i had to call in the morning seemed minor to sharing our bathroom with the handyman. so, overall, kinda creepy and perplexing.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with a very professional and friendly team. I immediately felt like a valued guest, from the moment I drove up to the front door. Check-in was effortless and I notice particularly how staff greeted me when I returned in the evening from a dinner. Exceptional service and I will be back!

Great Staff and Great Location
This was our second stay at the Wedgewood. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. We continue to enjoy staying here. Additionally the Hotel is very much boutique in size and well located which we enjoyed.

This hotel has a wonderful old world charm but operates with total efficiency. Super cost and beautifully decorated for Christmas too. The Bachus restaurant is our fav and Kirby and Isabelle went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay perfect.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The restaurant and bar are 5 star. Location is great if you're planning on walking to shopping, restaurants or Rogers Arena.
