Property is one of our favorite areas of Florida. The property is showing it's age a bit and is due for some refreshing, however - it's a solid 4 to 4.5. We ate at Cobalt this time and it was very mediocre, steak ($68) was cooked wrong twice, salad came out without dressing (they said it was on it, but it was not), host let us wait for about 10 minutes. A manager stopped by to tell us she was on the phone taking a reservation, but could have easily sat us as could the two servers or bartender that walked by, but they did not. Definitely wouldn't waste the $$ on Cobalt - many other options nearby

It was a great set up. Close to town and the beach was out the door. Definitely not a couples retreat. Lots of families and dogs. Rooms were a great size.

I will stay at the kipton Vero Beach Hotel was beautiful, enjoyed ourselves. The staff was excellent. No complaints at all. Definitely will return. I know it only goes to six stars. I give it a 10

The rooms are clean, a little dated but the property is 10/10. The staff is great, very friendly. They offer a nice happy hour with drinks, the restaurant food is fantastic and our family enjoyed both the pool and the beach. Our stay was short but we made some great memories, I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended this hotel.

This property was very clean staff was very kind and considerate. Bed was so comfortable. I think it need a little attention to painting on the exterior, but I do understand that ocean salt is not kind. We were there for one night and the hotel accommodated us to check in early and enjoy the day there. Would definitely stay there again.

Love the fact that we can bring our dogs! Property is located on a beautiful beach. Easy access. Restaurants are not great and very over priced which is a shame because we would rather eat there than have to find lunch somewhere else. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Would be nice if they could update and enlarge their gym area.
