Worst hotel experience ever
I came from las vegas to victorville to handle so family business, after getting off work andcdriving 3.5 hours got to our room started settling in immediately saw there wasnt a kitchenette as descived in the lising. No fridge no microwave nada. Went to the restroom where i was greeted by roaches. The toilet paper had what appeard like blood. I made my complaint where they wanted to upgrade my room by moving us at 11:30 pm i was already exhausted from the day and having to get ready to deal with family drama hence the reason for getting a room for the night short trip was up at 5 as i was getting ready for the day jan 2 is when i figured out tgat it was likely hair dye on the toilet paper since it was all over the counter and shower. Checked out at 6:45 let the lady at the front know how unhappy i was she took a pic of the listed room and the " amenities" showed her the roaches and dirty restroom. She said i should have let them upgrade the room. No offer for a partial refund no apology she said shell have the manager contact me still waiting. Will NEVER stay again. Not even able to upload the photos on this site 😕 the customer service was of no help either. Was very disappointed and disgusted with the room and service all together.
