We spent one night to attend a relative’s 80th birthday celebration.we had to change rooms for one of the two we had due to cleanliness of the room as well as the ac not cooling the room. They were very accommodating. My only issue is for hotels.com. I’ve never been charged more than the hotel itself charged, but hotels.com profited by $106.74 I’ll never use that site again. The hotel charged $294.34accirding to my receipts for the two rooms. Hotels.com charged my credit card $401.08. The rooms were nice, but not as described by hotels.com. They described a very nice extra living space with all the kitchen amenities included there. That space also included a small sofa which ours did not. The bathroom had a lovely shower stall but no separate tub as described. I requested a refund but was denied. They told me the hotel was sent an email telling them to charge me the $401.08, but the hotel had no such email. I’m certainly not happy with this at all.

Don’t stay at the Miami, Ok hotel!!
The stay is okay….They neglected to inform me that the tv does not work , nor does the telephone. When I went to the front desk about it , the woman just threw up her hands. Good thing I lived through the night…

The man at the desk was super friendly and very nice with a great smile and attitude . He was very helpful and very friendly every time we saw him! I don’t know his name but he was from Jamaica and he is a great asset to the hotel.
